Submit an expense
Employees capture amount, category, date, and supporting receipts. Mandatory fields depend on your policy configuration.
- Open Expenses → New expense.
- Select category and cost centre; attach receipt photo or PDF.
- Add business purpose notes for amounts above your documentation threshold.
- Submit for approval; track status from My expenses.
Approve or reject
Approvers see queue items with policy context, duplicate warnings, and budget indicators when enabled.
- Open Approvals inbox and filter by team or urgency.
- Review line items, receipts, and policy flags.
- Approve, reject with reason, or request clarification.
